This programme primarily focuses on the entrepreneurial qualities of your service engineer, facilitating the development of a broad-based and entrepreneurial Service Professional.

This highly acclaimed programme, appreciated by many course participants and organisations, offers the in-depth knowledge that a service engineer needs to provide five-star service as a serious professional. The service engineer will start acting and thinking as though the company was theirs.

Entrepreneurship means thinking and acting as if it were your own business. Looking out for opportunities to serve customers with additional services or products. Spotting opportunities for improvement and embracing the drive to improve your own internal business processes. What questions do you ask to pique the interest of the customer and your own colleagues? What is needed to achieve the intended goal?

The Service Professional programme can be provided on its own and as Step 3 of the Service Attitude programme.
