Service Attitude programme
The blended learning course used in 70 countries worldwide to professionalise field service.
Service College offers a complete training course made up of three consecutive programmes. These are fully geared to practice and aimed at training technical field service staff to become qualified Service Professionals.
The programmes are completed separately. The commitment, the teacher's evaluation and successful completion of the online modules determine whether the participant passes and receives a certificate.
Each programme can also be provided completely stand-alone. The level of the service professional determines which programme he enters.
The Service Attitude Program in three steps
Step 1: The service-minded Service Ambassador
This program primarily focuses on your service engineer's ability to provide excellent service, faciltating the development of Service Ambassadors for your organisation.
Step 2: The customer-oriented Service Advisor
This program primarily focuses on the advisory qualities of your service engineer, facilitating the development of a customer-oriented Service Advisor that supports your organisation.
Step 3: The entrepreneurial Service Professional
This program primarily focuses on the entrepreneurial qualities of your service engineer, facilitating the development of a broad- based and entrepreneurial Service Professional.
