This programme primarily focuses on the advisory qualities of your service engineer, facilitating the development of a customer-oriented Service Advisor that supports your organisation.
This programme shows service engineers that they may not be ‘sales representatives’, but they are still advisors who can give the customer advice
that they can accept, delivered in a confident and professional manner. They
are taught how to do that in ways that make the customer feel like the advice is in their best interest, building confidence and trust in the service engineer. The service engineer learns how to provide tailor-made advice on safety, operational reliability and sustainability, going beyond expected standards of service to pleasantly surprise customers.
The Service Advisor programme can be provided on its own and as Step 2 of the Service Attitude programme.
