The Leading by Inspiration programme focuses on thinking in terms of possibilities and being willing and able to see opportunities – with the aim of effectively utilising those opportunities with the team.
A key condition for achieving success with a team is being able to get the message across in the right way. By inspiring and motivating others, you set in motion the thoughts, processes and actions necessary to achieve the desired effect and hit your targets.
This requires more than just a basic working knowledge of key interview techniques. It requires fire, passion, engagement and projecting the right image – that of an inspired captain whose team automatically follows his lead in what it takes to be successful.
The Leading by Inspiration programme dives deep into the intrinsic drives and motivations of the direct/indirect manager.
