Tailor-made programmes
Training can only be truly effective if it corresponds to current needs. All the programmes at Service College are tailored to the organisation, department and participants and their day-to-day activities. Customisation takes place with the frameworks and options available within each specific course.
When an organisation, department or specific group of people have an exceptional need for professional development that cannot be addressed within an existing programme, this calls for an approach tailored to the situation.
Whether it involves collective behavioural change, a theme that demands a specific approach, or a department requesting an urgent solution, Service College works closely with the customer to develop and deliver a tailor-made programme.
