Service engineers play a major role in determining the organisation’s success. They allow the customer to experience what the organisation means by customer-focused service. Here at Service College, we believe that every customer contact offers opportunities – to strengthen that customer relationship and present yourself as a true Service Professional. Making the most of those opportunities demands more than just technical know-house and professional competence.
Developed by and designed especially for field service engineers, our Blended Learning programme uses an accessible and recognisable approach to cover all the steps in their day-to-day practice. Practical sessions are supported by carefully crafted e-learning modules, allowing participants to study theoretical materials at their own pace. As a result, classroom sessions can be used optimally for practising the required skills and sharing insights and experiences.
