Everyone who signs this acknowledges that successful completion of the Train the Trainer programme does not mean that the trainer and/or training actor is a fully qualified and experienced trainer or training actor. The Train the Trainer certificate indicates that the participant has been assessed for the presence and potential of the knowledge and competences required to successfully provide the Service College training programme. Developing these competences requires a strategic and structured approach, primarily focusing on frequent application and further development of these competences by giving training sessions.
