Service College
Service College emerged in 2016 from the success and growth of the service industry activities at Van Soest Zuid, a company which has been highly active in results-oriented training and coaching for people and organisations for over 18 years. In 2016, business really took off at Van Soest Zuid, prompting the establishment of a new organisation – tailored to and exclusively designed for the dynamic world of Service. A logical next step was to launch Service College as a new company.
Relying on over 30 years of experience in service, we are sparring partners for executive boards and management teams, consulting on a range of training issues and on achieving sustained behavioural change.
Vision
Here at Service College, we are convinced that traditional training and education are not very effective. In practice, organisations fail to come close to their projected learning objectives, yet many still decide to provide training in more or less the same way a year later, or several years down the road. Why?
Focus on behaviour!
Preferred behaviour that ensures passion, ownership and personal initiative. The behaviour in combination with the right attitude and mindset that make the difference between actual success and “Sure, it was a nice training course, but...”
In our experience, these goals can only be achieved by providing integrated training programmes, focusing on the desired behaviour and aimed at making a real change. Service College is dedicated to achieving results in development, implementation and aftercare.
By taking our programmes, service employees in the Netherlands and in various other countries are trained to become even better professionals,
Specialist in sustained behavioural change
When dealing with results-oriented development of people and organisations, the tried and tested method used at Service College is structured into a number of key phases. In order to be truly successful, none of these different phases should be ignored.
Where can you achieve the most impact on the end results of a training programme? Before, during or after? Feel free to ask us for more details.
